At 45 yrs old I found myself living someone else’s life and it was my own fault. I was desperately unhappy, in immense physical and emotional pain and felt completely stuck.
A few years later, I decided to make HUGE changes in all the major areas of my life – my relationship, identity, home, career… you name, it I did it.
At times I was completely overwhelmed and lost. I knew I needed to find a way forward but it was up to me to work it out.
The one thing that stayed the same… my meditation and mindfulness practise. It was my North Star and time and again I found the calmness and answers I needed in the quiet practises I had been taught at age 21.
I have developed this plan out of my own direct experience.
