Cindy has worked closely with our team to assist in advancing leadership skills and enhance teamwork.  Our team building day that was lead my Cindy took our entire team out of their comfort zones.  With renewed values and after some challenging but fun team exercises, we can honestly say that it has brought a real camaraderie to our team and everyone is now focused on us/we rather than I.  We would highly recommend Cindy to high performing teams who think there’s still room in the tank for more.
